Rajputana is a value for money desert camp that one can book for around ₹ 2000-2500 per night and the fare includes dinner, breakfast, tent and desert safari. It has 40 campsites, 10 AC cottages and the campsite is in Sam, just a 5-minute walk from Sam Sand Dunes. They also arrange desert safari tours like camel safaris, jeep safaris etc. 

Another unique thing about Rajputana Desert Camp is that it is slightly away from other campsites which is a plus point for them. Since their guests won’t complain about the music coming from other campsites.

Rajputana Desert Camp is 45 km away from Jaisalmer city in Sam. This Camp opens from 1st August to 31st March. And the season dates are diwali dates and are from 20th December to 2nd January. Rajputana Desert Camp is one of the most popular campsites in Jaisalmer which has 40 Swiss tents, 10 AC cottages, a restaurant camp and a stage for a musical dance show etc.

5. Dangri Desert Safari Camp :

Dangri Desert Safari Camp is an award-winning camping resort (2017 from TripAdvisor) that offers excellent service with its 45 Swiss tents and restaurant hall, along with evening music shows (held daily). Dangri Desert Safari Camp is also a popular choice among travelers from Gujarat, as the camp is owned by DDS Hospitality, Ahmedabad. Dangri Desert Safari Camp is 40 km down from the city (Jaisalmer). The best and only option to reach the camp is to hire a taxi, for which we (Chetram Yatra) are available or you can contact the camping team to arrange a pickup. Most of the camps along with Dangri Desert Safari Camp are open from September to March, as the weather in Jaisalmer is much better in these months as compared to the summer months (April to July).
