FOR CROSS LEG SITTING?

if you are not comfortable with lotus sitting, then for cross leg sitting a little bit higher cushion is good. though not 100 percent filled. it will tilt your pelvis easier. and you can relax and concentrate at the same time. 

CRESCENT PILLOWS

It is good for your thighs and gives you comfort. crescent pillows are usually lower in size, slightly lower than round meditation pillows. it gives more tilt to the pelvis. They have different sizes for the neck and give you a headrest. crescent pillows give rest to your shoulder muscles.

choose a cover  for cushion they have varieties of it, a cotton cover is preferrable. it should be easy to open and check the zip of the cover, is it easy to take out the cushion and put it back in.
