Scuba diving in Grand Island

Scuba diving in this place is advisable for the beginners as the depth is just 135 meters, it has been there since British rule. There is no accommodation of staying in the Island as it comes under the Navy. The timings for the dive are from 08:00 AM till 06:00 PM. Although there are no such strict restrictions for the dive, children below 11 years old are not allowed and travellers suffering from serious chronic disease, one should be properly medically fit to dive, and pregnant women are advised to be precautious before the dive and be aware of their health conditions. Preliminary medical tests will be done by the authorities to check the conditions. Well trained and certified instructors are present to guide you, everybody shall not overhear their instructors be carefully attentive to their instructors for a safe and thrilling dive which you will cherish while recalling throughout your life. The best time to visit is between mid-October till April, during the monsoon season due to harsh climate and unpredictable downpours. Scuba diving is tough. The entire activity will cover your entire day so try to reach there as early as possible, firstly the training will be given to fellow people by the trained instructors. Soon then all the equipment will be provided by the authorities then and there only, the package starts from as minimum as 1550/- per person, the dive duration is for 20 minutes, during the entire diving you will be under the supervision of trainers, to make sure you are safe and comfortable.
