How to Avail The Subsidy

The subsidy is available to all domestic users who are registered with WBSEDCL. To avail themselves of the subsidy, users must submit an application form along with their electricity bill and proof of identity. 

The application must be submitted at the nearest WBSEDCL office. Once the application is approved, the subsidy amount will be automatically deducted from the user’s electricity bill. The user will receive a confirmation SMS from WBSEDCL once the subsidy has been applied. The government of West Bengal has provided a subsidy of up to Rs.
